Does STR8 SPORTS, Inc. collect sales tax?

STR8 SPORTS, Inc. is a California based company and collects sales tax only from the state of California.  The order must be shipped to a state or country outside of the state of California to be tax exempt.  501C organizations are not exempt from sales tax in the state of California.

All other states are tax exempt from paying taxes on an order with STR8 SPORTS, Inc.
